The MPMdb provides three tools for users

• Metabolites Search: querying metabolites information by drawing molecular structures or inputting the SMILES.
• Metabolites Comparison: comparing metabolite profiles among pathogenic microorganisms.
• Metabolites Prediction: identifying seed metabolites of pathogenic microorganisms.
